Think timeless portraits mixed with creative flash, candid moments, movement, and a little storytelling along the way. We'll capture the photos you want to frame for the wall and showcase in the yearbook, AND those scroll stopping BAM images for your #SeniorSunday feed. But most importantly, they are photos that couldn't belong to anyone else ... because they are a true depiction of YOU and what defines who you are as you celebrate the start of your senior year.

My Senior Experience sessions are scheduled to start during the morning hours to kick us off with that soft, morning light, and transition into the bold, colorful time of day where the sun peaks and gives us a fun opportunity to play with the light creatively, pull out the flash, and we aren't limited by the chance that we might lose our sunshine. For every session, I include a scheduled phone call with seniors and parents to plan outfit choices and locations, and discuss any creative ideas you may want to execute (and I'll bring some ideas of my own based on your style!). You also have the choice if you choose to add on a "coffee meetup", which moves our discussion to an in-person location over coffee, where we can share inspiration, chat your session, and then conclude with a 10-minute mini session to give you a glimpse into what the evening of your full session will feel like.

IMAGINE THIS...

It's the morning of your senior session, and you are READY. You know exactly what outfit you are wearing first, and the itinerary for the evening, down to the times you will spent at each location, and which spot will come first. The forecast for the day is 90 degrees, but who cares, because you're going to BEAT the heat and humidity by starting in the morning hours. The morning light wakes you on your way as it peeps through the trees, and you are enjoying the lighthearted and excited car ride to our first destination with whomever has chosen to spend the day with you. And you smell FRESH, not like an excessive amount of bug spray that you need to keep the evening mosquitos at bay! Your first location is your "golden hour", just on the opposite side of the day. As the sun rises, so do you. You aren't rushed by losing light, we just take the morning in stride, and capture moments as they unfold.

and we always end with FUN. Out comes the flash, the creative scenes, and the "let's just try it and see what happens" attitude. Nothing to lose, because we have the TIME and we're having fun!

I only take on a limited number of seniors each year. Booking opens in December the year prior, and is not confirmed until deposit is applied to your booking.
